It has some use since it’s likely from the 1920’s. There is a little bit of shredding on the binding as you can see in some of the photos. I used a Small Museum pattern.
I’m 5’4 and this is how long it is on me. It goes to my lower calf. It’s supposed to be a Medium but I’m between a Small/Medium and it’s a little loose so almost any size would work. Best on Medium and Large.
